At Le Petit Depot, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our gourmet products; however, due to the perishable nature of food items, returns are generally restricted to damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please notify us within 24 hours of receipt to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.

Take clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging label to help our quality control team verify the claim.

- 4.Resolution Process
Once your claim is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or arrange for a priority replacement at no extra cost.
